**Position Summary:**

+ Represent the developer with integrity and professionalism by adhering to Best Practices model to accomplish assigned tasks.

+ Review and complete printed document file with purchasers to verify accuracy of information, clear understanding of contents obtain proper signatures and notary seals as needed.

+ Complete owner follow-up activities and provide quality customer assistance.

+ Provide compliance policy reviews and on-going product knowledge training to sales professionals.

+ Train/certify designated sales staff to follow Quality Control and Acting QCM Best Practices.

+ Monitor rescission/cancellation and compliance activities.

+ Communicate essential feedback to site/corporate management providing status reports with recommended strategies when improvement is needed.

+ Aspire to attain highest levels of teamwork promoting good business while servicing customers beyond expectations.

**Job Duties:**

+ Review Legal documents with Owners

+ Provide product knowledge to Owners

+ Train/certify sales staff to present documents to standards.

+ Monitor site rescission/cancellation and compliance performance

+ Communicate feedback to management

+ Provide Count on Me! service to Owners

**Education, Experience, and Requirements:**

+ Bilingual: English/Spanish

+ Valid Florida Real Estate License

+ Florida Notary

+ Must be sales oriented

+ Good time management

+ Must have FSP knowledge

+ Excellent communication skills (oral/written)

+ Must have timeshare contracts experience

+ 1+ years WVO product knowledge preferred
