ETL Integration Technical Lead
**Wyndham Vacation Ownership** is currently seeking an **ETL IntegrationTechnical Lead** in Orlando, Florida. The role leads andor provides work direction for the design, testing, and implementation of information management solutions. The position leads efforts and partners with system administrators, internal and external customers and project teams to meet business, technical, and functional requirements in a highly available, mission critical, fast-paced data integration environment. The role is able to provide hands-on leadership of large teams (5 to 20 resources) and work direction that drives quality completion of Integration Solutions. This role works proactively to identify issues/risk, work efforts, solution and alternatives for multiple and complex systems.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Provide Leadership for Integration and other IT team resources to deliver company initiatives.

+ Provides work direction to one or more team members

+ Lead all facets of projects, including planning, design, requirements, documentation, construction and implementation

+ Develop estimates on costs and schedule for required changes to system baseline configurations

+ Advises IT and business consumers on solution alternatives

+ Learn and implement applicable standards and best practices

+ Introduce and drive development of applicable standards and best practices

+ Lead sessions with consumers of data services to define their requirements with respect to access, logical structure, and accessibility.

+ Lead sessions with developers to ensure the proper understanding is achieved. This includes

+ Scheduling knowledge transfer sessions

+ Answering questions as needed

+ Offering technical solution guidance.

+ Technical Management and sustainment for integration environments:

+ Lead technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of tools and methodologies to ensure that tools are current and functional

+ Drive the Analysis and study data integration requirements to assist in designing, planning, and deploying needed capabilities

+ Lead development teams and designers to learn architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product

+ Accountable for development and integration efforts and the validation of associated work products

+ Lead identify issues and suggest ways to help correct or tune performance issues

+ Provide answers to client inquiries concerning reporting and support. Refer inquires as necessary to appropriate personnel

+ Provide end user support related to access and software installation and maintenance

+ Document and provide support; resolve issues to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.

+ Lead Implementation within the integration environments:

+ Work in partnership with system administrators and engineering groups to assist in the design changes to equipment. Determine the impact upon software deployments, operations, and supportability to ensure timely and uninterrupted service for the customer.


+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Training requirements**

+ Oracle or Informatica certification desired

**Knowledge and skills**

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment

+ Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

+ Ability to provide work direction to others

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications

+ Expertise in Enterprise Data Management tools and concepts

+ Knowledgeable in Data Modelling, BI, Architecture, Planning and Effort estimation

+ Knowledgeable in SOA, APIs, Cloud Integration, Digital and Analytical technologies

**Technical Skills**

+ Experience with Informatica Power Center and Oracle ( or other RDBMS)

+ Experience with Unix scripting highly desirable

+ 7 + years Informatica MDM, IDQ, TDM

+ Oracle Fusion SOA Suite experience a plus

**Job experience**

+ 10 plus years' experience working with ESB or ETL technology.

+ 10 plus years experience with Oracle / Teradata / SQL Server or other RDBMS
