**Position Summary:**



Greeter is first line of contact for arriving guests at the resort.

Survey Disbursement



Problem Resolution (prior to tour desk)



Tour Saving and rescheduling



Communication to In House management on ALL issues addressed on a daily/weekly basis

**Job Responsibilities:**



This job requires customer service skills handling problem resolution







o Purpose: Shorten the guests' line time _inside_ the resort while waiting for a sales representative



Greeter makes sure all parameters and qualifications are met before sending guest in to resort to tour.



o Purpose: Proactively head off any guest issues _outside_ and prior to going to tour reception



Hand off any customer issues immediately to front desk supervisor,



Maximize customer satisfaction and set our sales partners up for success



Must be friendly, effusive and diplomatic



Must process daily report to management



Must be able to interact diplomatically with sales, tour reception, In House management, and guests.



**Minimum Qualifications:**



Experience in providing top quality customer service



Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment



Multi-task oriented, well organized and able to work well under pressure



High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)



Able to start at 6am



Ability to cover some evening shifts



Will be driving golf cart



This position will be walking up and down stairs, placing door hangers



Requires some computer work
