**Greeter - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:**




+ Maintain a positive attitude at all times with everyone you come in contact with




+ After guest checks in, provide a great welcome experience while introducing them to the marketing representative




+ Ensure every introduction is marked as an accountable lead for marketer




+ During shift, ensure that every guest that checks in is connected to a marketing representative




+ Help to run reports to ensure no guests are missed during the shift




+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision




+ Able to provide accountability for marketing representatives




+ Strong ability to resolve internal conflict that may arise among high performers




+ Ability to understand and help provide resolution for guest complaints or concerns




+ Ability to understand and help achieve site mandated performance expectations




+ Ability to determine eligibility, including but not limited to completion of necessary paperwork




+ Ability to handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner




+ Answer calls and guest questions in a professional manner




+ Ability to work a flexible schedule




+ Be able to properly identify owner tours




+ Be knowledgeable of tour categories and qualifications

**Minimum Qualifications:**



**High School Diploma or GED**



Experience in providing top quality customer service



Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment



Multi-task oriented, well organized and able to work well under pressure
