HR Operations Coordinator
**Wyndham Vacation Ownership** is currently seeking an **HR Operations Coordinator** in Orlando, Florida. This position supports the HR Operations Manager of the Centralized Services with various administrative and analytical tasks. This team supports functions such as tuition reimbursement, unemployment claim processing, I-9 processes, background check processing and rehire eligibility reviews.


**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**


+ Process, audit and review designated process (background, unemployment, tuition reimbursement, rehire, I-9, etc). This would include:


+ Reviewing information submitted

+ Gathering of required documents from various sources as needed

+ Researching submissions

+ Approving requests per guidelines

+ Providing guidance on compliance related questions/concerns/issues

+ Consulting with HR leadership on sensitive issues as needed

+ Reporting out on decisions/results and documenting resolution

+ Processing all required forms into employee personnel file through barcoding and electronic document preparation


+ Conduct field training for HR teams on processes and regulatory compliance. Provide ad hoc reporting and trend analysis for designated process

+ Provide backup support for department and additional projects as assigned.


**Education**


+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), college degree preferred


**Knowledge and skills**


+ Must maintain strict confidentiality.

+ Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and detail oriented.

+ Must be able to handle multi-tasking with the ability to comprehend complex processes.

+ Ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.

+ Must have effective oral and written skills.

+ Must be able to communicate policy guidelines, programs, and procedures.

+ Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels.


**Technical Skills**


+ Must have strong working knowledge of computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.


**Job experience**


+ 2+ years of HR experience
