Program Support Analyst

The Program
Support Analyst is responsible for providing administrative support to the
Government Program Management Office. The Program Support Analyst-I **will be working in a multi-disciplinary programsupport environment supporting the Program Manager Training Systems (PM TRASYS)contract.**


Prepares, coordinates and distributes meeting
and conference agendas, documents accomplishments and assists Program Office
officials in plans and schedules conferences and meetings.

Enters data and performs daily document
maintenance inSharePoint.

Provides, edits and processes correspondence, as
well as developing and preparing briefing packages, brochures, handouts and
other informational materials in various mediums.

Conducts research of program information and
complex situations resulting in recommendations to the programoffice.

Assists in coordinating, tracking and reporting
of the full complement of functions associated with some phases of government
travel astasked.

Performs routine office administration as
required to collect, collate, and maintain file copies and electronic
repository of issue papers and associated comment sheets anddocuments.

Collects, collates, and maintains hard copies
and an electronic repository of program office officialcorrespondence.

Maintain collaborative calendar of operational
events within the Program Office.

Develops and revises program processes to
streamline tasks and reduce requiredresources.

Provides support for daily tracking and
inventory control of IT and office related equipment, as well as collaborating
with government personnel to support office operational capabilities.

Local travel might be required.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and
Management or related field from an accredited college or university.
Additional related experience may substitute foreducation.

Must have three (3) or more years of progressive
and relevant experience in office management oradministration.

+ Program support experience in with the DoDenvironment isdesired.

+ Experience in the Army or USMC environment ishighlydesirable.

+ Experience with business management systems isverydesirable.

+ Active Secret Clearance isrequired.


+ Must be competent in MS Office software suite(Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) and SharePoint.

+ Excellent organizational skills arerequired.

+ Good oral and written communication skills arerequired.

+ Must be self-motivated and have stronginterpersonalskills.

+ Ability to build customerconfidence.
