Sales Document Specialist
**Wyndham Vacation Ownership** is currently seeking a **Sales Documents Specialist** who will be responsible for form development, research, evaluating and recommending program solutions. Responds to site or corporate inquiries about problems and questions related to sales documents. Has a vital role in conducting regular system testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency of SalePoint sales documents. Ensures that internal users such as the sales sites and corporate personnel have the documents required to sell and convey inventory and instructs sales and corporate personnel in the proper use of required documents.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Creates and modifies SalePoint documents using ISIS Papyrus software. Researches, evaluates and recommends program solutions that include creating conditional statements within ISIS Papyrus to support sales, legal, title, and statutory exceptions and requirements. Maintains ISIS Papyrus standards to ensure accurate and consistant documents. Proofreads and validates programmed documents. Conducts system testing to verify programmed fields, along with coordinating release of documents from test to production.

+ Coordinates printing and distribution of disclosure materials required for sales of products with outside vendors and internal print shop. Ensures disclosures are complete and accurate prior to printing. Reviews and approves site reorders placed directly on vendor website.

+ Responds to site or corporate inquiries about problems and questions. Analyzes various data and system related issues. Investigates SalePoint errors, defines system problems, and debug documents. Corrects documents and system errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure desired results are produced. Submits tickets to IT for system defects, as needed.

+ Establishes and maintains system logic for each inventory to ensure that the proper inventory and documents are generated according to marketing state and other jurisdictional and statutory requirements. Coordinates with registration, administration operation support and product yield management regarding the update and release of forms and form logic to coincide with registration approvals and inventory releases.

+ Maintains accurate and up to date records of archive documents and disclosures, in-house reports, ensures supply of current documents and disclosure materials for legal services to reference. Maintains immediately available archive records throughout the year for securitization due diligence. Work on internal projects as assigned.

+ Instructs sites regarding proper use of sales materials. Provides documentation direction regarding use of contract standards and other tools necessary for proper completion of sales documents and disclosures.

**Technical Skills**

+ Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

**Job experience**

+ 3 years work experience in a related position

+ Familiarity and understanding of SalePoint, company products and operations.
