Sales Recovery Specialist - Orlando Corporate Office - At Home
Summary


The Recovery Specialist's primary responsibility is to increase WVO revenue by partnering with sales locations, sales site QA Teams, Owner Care, Legal, Title and Financial Services to work with owners to identify alternative solutions to rescission and cancellation of existing contracts.


The Recovery Specialist works directly with the customer and is responsible for developing proposals for rewrite contract options. The Recovery Specialist is also responsible for sales document completion of rewrite contracts. The Specialist provides all necessary information to the Recovery Contract Admin Team for efficient and timely completion of sales documents. In addition, the Recovery Specialist completes rescission survey calls in order to track rescission data from customers to establish trends and training opportunities. The Recovery Specialist maintains satisfactory call and sales quotas, and follows program guidelines set forth by team management.


Essential Job Functions


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


1. Responsibility #1


a. Contact rescinded owners to complete survey and recover sale. (50% time)


2. Responsibility #2


a. Recover sales and revenue by partnering with other departments to work directly with owners for rewrite contract proposals and contract rewrites. Develop rewrite proposals and recommendations for business partners and external customers. Provide worksheets and other necessary information to Recovery Admin Team for sale document processing. Maintain communication with owners during rewrite process until completed. (50% time)


3. Performs other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications


a) Education


? High School Diploma


b) Training requirements


? Real Estate License required


c) Knowledge and skills

? Expert understanding of WVO product


? Familiarity with WVO Sales Quality Assurance process


? Familiarity with WVO Sales Contract Standards and Contract process


d) Technical Skills


? Intermediate computer skills


? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications


? Proficiency in WVO operating systems including Mainframe/CSS, Client Application, Wyndham Owner Worksheet/Lookup Tool


e) Job experience


? 2-5 years direct sales, telesales, collections or customer service experience required

o Drive results by completing rescission surveys with owners who have rescinded their recent purchase to uncover trends and attempt to recover sale.


Organizational Relationships


Works with many different departments in the organization (sales, sales site QA Teams, Owner Care, Legal, Title and Financial Services) to ensure the appropriate documentation is referenced and utilized with internal and external customers to achieve department goals. Direct report to Recovery Team Program Manager.
