Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance Planning & Analysis
**Wyndham Vacation Ownership** is currently seeking a **Senior Finance** **Analyst of Corporate** **Finance Planning & Analysis** in
Orlando, Florida. The role of the Senior Finance Analyst, Financial Planning
and Analysis (FP&A) is to provide analytical support to the Financial
Planning and Analysis group at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. The candidate will be
primarily focused on the consolidation of the budget/forecasts and preparation
of monthly/quarterly analytical reports. This will require the candidate to be
directly involved in gathering financial data from the Business Units,
analyzing for accuracy and reasonableness, reporting results to FP&A
management as well as performing analyses and reviewing key driver trends. The
Senior Finance Analyst will also work with the Manager and Director of FP&A
in preparing monthly and quarterly executive summaries.




**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**




+ Preparationof the forecast & budget including variance analysis highlightingCompany's performance.

+ Interactionwith various Business Unit counterparts to understand their respectivefinancial results.

+ Preparationof various ad-hoc analysis to better understand the underlying trends inthe company's performance.


**Education**



+ Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field required

+ MBA is a plus


**Training requirements**



+ CPA is a plus


**Knowledge and skills**





+ Excellent analytical skillsand solid financial modeling capabilities.

+ Financial Statement knowledge(P&L, B/S, Cash Flow).

+ Sharp written and oralcommunication skills as well as the ability to work independently.

+ Proficient in Excel, Wordand Power Point

+ Oracle planning experience aplus


**Job experience**


+ 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience

+ Prior forecasting experience is a plus
