Social Media Specialist
**Wyndham Vacation Ownership** is currently seeking a **Social Media Specialist** in Orlando, Florida. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the development and support of content, campaigns and paid social across our branded social platforms. This role will ensure customer engagement and conversion through the development and execution of strong content and campaigns that deliver valuable ROI to our business partners. This role will maintain the health of the channels through proactive engagement, moderation/resolution and fan acquisition. This role will require the need to partner closely with cross-functional teams including Rental, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Brand, Club Management, HR and Owner Services.

**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Social Content Creation

+ Create organic and paid content for multiple brands in alignment with social media and business partner campaigns. Scheduling content and paid advertising to ensure channel growth, health, retention and engagement. Ensuring all post links have appropriate link tracking to drive Social media attribution.

+ Work with brand and/or agency partners on creative assets to be used on social channels.

+ Source UGC imagery, request rights and sort with appropriate workflows to ensure goals are met on quantity and engagement of content.

+ Listening & Moderation

+ Moderate social channels and abide by the set SLA requirements to meet business needs.

+ Monitor and respond to ratings, reviews and posts across social channels and business listings.

+ Regularly provide feedback insights gained from community moderation to the team.

+ Create SOPs for commenting, servicing, and reputation management across social channels.

+ Social Media Campaigns

+ Manage content creation, editorial calendars, paid social and reporting for business partner campaigns.

+ Monitor trends and identify new social media marketing opportunities, using them as inspiration to fuel the creation of engaging campaigns that deliver strong results.

+ Social Analytics/Reporting

+ Responsible for applying link tracking for each social post and using analytic tools to assist in analyzing performance

+ Create reports regarding campaigns, content, best practices and channel analysis.

+ Build social media presentations for business partners with campaign metrics and key learnings.


+ College degree or equivalent experience in Business, Digital Marketing, Marketing, English, Communication, Journalism, or Graphic Arts

**Knowledge and skills**

+ Excellent verbal and written skills

+ Thorough knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms.

+ Experience working within Social Media Management Systems, Listening and Monitoring suite suppliers programs that deliver data and facilitate workflows on all social media conversations.

+ Must be highly organized with the ability to efficiently monitor multiple project deadlines.

+ Ability to build and leverage a strong network of peers and business and social media partners.

+ Ability to think critically and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to identify potential issues and resolve them before they impact production timelines.

**Technical Skills**

+ Basic understanding of UTM link tracking and Google Analytics

+ A basic understanding of HTML and common web application platforms

+ Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

+ Microsoft Office Suite

**Job experience**

+ 2+ years of experience managing paid social, content, communities andmoderation.
